Have you tried contacting P&A, but the phone number for Connecticut is (860) 679-1546 for assistance. I believe it is by state so you might want to just search Protection and Advocacy agency ____ (your state.) I am not very familiar with advocating for employment, but hopefully they can point you on the right path or help you find an advocate closer to where you live. Here is their employment site.
